The WALKING READING, WRITING AND DRAWING SYSTEM (WALK-RWD SYSTEM) pursues several interconnected objectives: the walk that the individual allows the physical development and that can be carried out with a group simultaneously with reading, writing and drawing. This activity allows us to penetrate knowledge, at the same time we are helping our body to achieve better conditioning. In this way, we are inviting our intellect to participate in new knowledge, taking advantage of the moments in which our body is exercising. Finally, we also have the opportunity to participate in art, through literary creation and drawing. These activities, reading, writing and drawing, allow us to venture into a cultural environment, which we can only set limits. The person who reads can write; the individual who reads a lot, can become a writer This dynamic of integral development, is an excellent means to incorporate art, literary creation, in any of its genres that you want, to the visual arts and be prepared to achieve it , either because he has innate abilities or because he is training him. With this multidynamic method we can exercise our physique and also experience knowledge and art.
PLANNING-EXECUTION-AND GOALS
Our daily activities, whether at work or at home, including recreation and vacations, inevitably fall into the process of planning (programming), execution and achievement of goals.
The 3 phases are acts of personal fulfillment, but each individual enjoys them in different ways, and therefore they engage in them with different intensity. It’s the same as what happens with the activities of walking, reading, writing and drawing.
We must be aware that those 3 phases must be fulfilled in that order to achieve any goal, be that of walking exclusively or combined with reading, writing or drawing. Any of these creative activities, which integrate the method, can be developed in combination with the walk. It often happens to us that the planning of any of these activities is more important and interesting than its execution or the achievement of the goal, and this motivates us to devote more attention and time to the plan and to the programming. For other people the execution is more attractive than the planning of the actions, and of course there will be others that what only satisfies them and motivates them is to reach the goals. In us is to execute the 3 phases consciously and enjoy them according to our benefit and preference.
PASSION AND TIME WALK TOGETHER
By implementing this system, at any time of the day, creates a passion for these activities -reading, writing or drawing- while walking, so that time passes without realizing it. As if Mrs. Passion and Mr. Time walk together and go hand in hand. Although it seems that any activity we can perform with the simple will to do it, this method creates by itself a process of harmonization that ensures its realization with enthusiasm and with a high motivation, abstracted from the circumstances that haunt us and they surround us, while passion and time walk with us.

ONE STEP ONLY
For a large percentage of the population that has shown interest in any of these activities, reading, writing or drawing while walking, or two or more at a time, has represented a difficult situation due to lack of time, reluctance, interruptions diverse, that prevent him from putting them into practice.
The preference for some of them and the decision to carry it out with some enthusiasm can be the engine that encourages him to do the others. You will only have to take the first step in the walk to promote the start and development of any of the other activities of reading, writing or drawing.
WE ALL CAN ACHIEVE IT
Every human being can put into practice this integrated system, since most of us can walk, walking on foot any distance; and a good percentage we can read and have a book in our hands, or at least we can borrow it. On writing, we must clarify that we are not implying that we should be excellent in it, or famous writers to try, although we can achieve it with this system and with a bit of perseverance and enthusiasm. We must be clear in our minds that we do not seek to break any record of walking, write a “best seller” or be an expert on any specific topic; what we do know and are convinced by our own experience is that these activities can be carried out simultaneously, without detriment to any of them. This is the great and effective of this system, in addition to the multiple beneficial effects it has on the physiological but above all psychological functioning of the human being in general.
With our system, we do not intend to indicate better ways to walk, it must be done in the same way as we are used to, as we have always done; we will not say how to improve reading, or what kind of books should be read or studied; nor will we mention any technique to enrich the literary creation. On these three activities, which throughout the book we have repeated that we should try to do together, there are dozens of manuals that can be consulted to progress and improve its realization.
