Una de las formas más efectivas de ubicarnos en el “aquí y ahora” es tomando muy en serio la administración de nuestro tiempo. Por lo general el tiempo lo programamos de acuerdo a nuestras necesidades y si no las realizamos oportunamente nos puede generar un estado de ansiedad difícil de corregir. Únicamente tenemos que tomar la decisión de dar inicio a nuestra caminata con el libro seleccionado, bajo el brazo. El sistema nos conducirá enfrentándose por sí mismo al “insobornable señor tiempo” y en un breve plazo el lugar adecuado será ese en donde estamos realizando nuestra caminata, y el momento correcto será ese mismo en el que estamos dando lectura al libro escogido.
