PLANEACIÓN-PROCESO DE EJECUCIÓN-LOGRO Y METAS

Nuestras actividades cotidianas, ya sean en el trabajo o en el hogar, inclusive de esparcimiento y vacaciones, caen irremediablemente en el proceso de planeación (programación), ejecución y consecución de metas.

Las 3 fases son actos de realización personal, pero cada individuo los disfruta de distinto modo, y por lo mismo se involucran en ellas con diferente intensidad. Es igual lo que nos sucede con las actividades de caminar, leer, escribir y dibujar.

Debemos tomar conciencia de que aquellas 3 fases deben cumplirse en ese orden para alcanzar cualquier objetivo, sea el de caminar exclusivamente o bien combinado con la lectura, la escritura o el dibujo. Cualquiera de estas actividades creativas, que integran el método, podrán desarrollarse en combinación con la caminata. Muchas veces nos sucede que la planeación de cualquiera de estas actividades nos resulta más importante e interesante que su ejecución o el logro de la meta, y ello nos motiva a dedicarle mayor atención y tiempo al plan y a la programación. Para otras personas es más atractiva la ejecución que la planeación de las acciones, y desde luego habrá otras que lo que únicamente les satisface y les motiva es alcanzar las metas. En nosotros está el ejecutar las 3 fases de modo consciente y disfrutarlas de acuerdo a nuestro provecho y preferencia.
