Recognize the advantages and the physical and mental benefits it produces walking is an irrefutable truth and an unavoidable and inevitable for each inhabitant increasingly sedentary twenty-first century need. Knowing the system created and recommended by Carlos Loya, like many contemporaries, for whom the twentieth century and early today, the word exercise was not in its usual programs of life-, is an open door inviting us to penetrate a new dimension not only health in both areas, but in addition to the world of artistic creation and production of ideas and aesthetic effects with a considerable increase of the cultural heritage and thus amplify the range of experiential possibilities offered by this system and nourish the human being substantively to those who practice it and makes you feel every day as a full individual.
